you to a timely presentation on investment opportunities in China. We
are excited to have the honor of 2 distinguished speakers. Dr. Jim
Wang, CEO of SIAM Capital (Hong Kong) and Ms. Linda Lee, Managing
Director of Fortune Forging Capital (Shanghai) will jointly speak on
the topic "Opportunities of private equity investment in China".

Speakers:
Dr. Jim Wang, CEO & Managing Director, SIAM Capital
Dr.
Wang was appointed the Managing Director and CEO of SIAM in 2007. From
1998 to 2006, Dr. Wang played a pivotal role for two major Taiwanese
financial institutions with business in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and
the U.S. He gained his greater China network and experiences from
various senior positions such as Managing Director of JS Cresvale
International (HK and London); SinoPac Securities Asia in Hong Kong;
Chairman of FENB Securities in Los Angles; and Chief Executive of
Investment Management Group at Jih Sun Financial Holding in Taiwan. Dr.
Wang worked for Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong from 1996 to 1998
as the Director of Investment Banking where he originated debt and
equity financing for many Hong Kong and China corporate and
institutional clients. From 1992 to 1996, Dr. Wang worked for Bear
Stearns in New York and Hong Kong as the Associate Director. He also
had held consultant and part-time positions with Smith Barney and
Merrill Lynch in New York. Dr. Wang received his B.A. in Economics in
1977 from the National Taiwan University and earned his Ph.D. in
Finance in 1992 from Columbia University in New York.
Ms. Linda Lee, Managing Director, Fortune Forging Capital
Linda
Lee has 13 years of experiences in venture / private equity fund and
business operations in China. She was previously CFO of Capital Today
Group, one of the first independent private equity funds in the Greater
China region. Prior to Capital Today, Linda was one of the angel
investors of ChinaHR.com, the leading on-line job recruiting company in
China, and had been acted as interim CFO/ business adviser for 4 years.
Linda was co-founder of an IT peripheral manufacturing company in China
back in 1995, and has been involved in start-up companies' business
operations and direct investment in China ever since. Linda obtained
her MS from School of International Affairs of Columbia University in
the US. She also earned her MBA degree from University of Houston in
Texas , USA.
